Sub-Slab Systems:
The Radon Mitigator will install a soil depressurization system by coring a six inch hole through the basement slab floor into the soil beneath and vent the radon out the side of the home.

Crawlspace Systems:
The Radon Mitigator will install a sub-membrane depressurization system in the crawlspace. Polyethylene plastic sheeting will be laid on the ground and glued to all the side walls and vent the radon out the side of the home

Perimeter Drain Systems:
The Radon Mitigator will install a perimeter drain ventilation system connecting to the existing functioning perimeter drain. A hole will be dug outside the home to connect to the drain.

Sump Depressurization Systems:
The Radon Mitigator will install a perimeter drain ventilation system connecting to the existing functioning perimeter drain using the sump as an access point.

Power Box:
The majority of systems are powered using this style power box, usually located in an unfinished room near to where the system is installed.
