Alpine Mitigation has been locally owned and operated since 1993. Owner Erik Turner was born and raised in Colorado Springs, and has a passion for the study of radioactive minerals and nuclear physics. During his time in the medical field, Erik saw the effects that cancer had on local families. This ignited his interest in reducing the risk of cancer by lowering radon levels in homes. Erik completed the NRPP Radon Measurement Professional course and Mitigation Specialist course through Kansas State University. Together with his partner Savanna, they serve the Southern Front Range providing quality radon reduction services while striving toward environmental sustainability. When not serving the community’s radon needs, Erik and Savanna like to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Colorado. You might find them rock climbing or hiking a 14er with their dog, Ivy.
